Instant Pot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

Be sure whatever seasonings you use don’t have salt due to Ranch being very salty. Unless your chops are very thick I’d recommend no more than 20-25 minutes especially if you natural release. I’ve made it with potatoes or you can leave them out and serve over egg noodles.

I made this for the second time today, and although I found this recipe to be pretty good the first time around, this time I wanted to try a few changes... 1. I omitted the Cajun seasoning, and just used fresh cracked salt and pepper 2. Used two small bags of baby tri color potatoes, which I sprinkled with a second pack of ranch and couple tbsp of butter 3. Cut the natural release back to 10 minutes, cuz we were HUNGRY & 4. Added a cup of sour cream to the sauce... End result? FANTASTIC! I'm making it this way every time 😁
