I tried my own version of this. But I added Gochujang (fermented chili sauce) and brown sugar. So it was more of a sweet chili balsamic reduction. 10/10.

A little goes along way with the Gochujang. I used maybe a teaspoon of that paste and a table spoon of Brown Sugar.
