The recipe was very good and tasty. It was not the easiest recipe I’ve ever done though. Hammering chicken breasts to an even dimension so it could be rolled up easily was quite difficult. I had to use toothpicks to help keep them together while they cooked. But once they were done, oh my, they were so good!
