Noodles were a pain because they kept sticking to each other in the pot of boiling water, will have to look up an effective way to prevent that

Don't cook the noodles before assembling the lasagna. Soak them in hot water while prepping everything else. They will be pliable enough to work with that way. There is enough moisture in the lasagna to cook them the rest of the way in the oven.
