Wonderful. I didn't add as much water as I like it quite sticky and thick. I probably think 20mins rather than 25-30 for the sweet potatoes to cook through a few chunks were very soft. So I'll reduce timings next time. But it was delicious I also used crunchy rather than smooth peanut butter.
