Ok this has been a game changer for us. We now do a batch of yhese monthly, toss in the freezer and then when we are going our on a weekend, we chuck a couple in the ninja to cook. We also do wraps in the same way. We use cheese (proper mature...not plastic slices?), bacon or sausage slices, some with egg, also add some sliced mushrooms or use ham instead of bacon. Particularly nice on ciabatta or wraps rather than mufgins or buns
