Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches

Pretty good

Made 6 with plain English Muffins and 6 with cinnamon raisin i brushed with maple syrup on both halves. Reheats well in microwave, I wrapped in damp paper towel for about 90 seconds. Can probably use toaster oven after microwave if you don't like the soft bread.

It's was easy and great to have during early commutes

Easy, and came out really good! Made some with veggie sausage patties, some with veggie bacon, and some just egg and cheese in case someone wanted to add a different meat. Everyone loved them!

Super easy. I seasoned the eggs how I liked. The trick to them not being soggy is to reheat with a paper towel in the microwave or in the oven. It is nice to have options other than cereal that my kids can access quickly.

10/10 would definitely recommend i added spinach to the eggs and i made two types a regular bacon and Canadian bacon ..

Use little round Canadian bacon instead of bacon. It's easier and less messy.

Absolutely love having these in the freezer. Easy to put together.

Ok this has been a game changer for us. We now do a batch of yhese monthly, toss in the freezer and then when we are going our on a weekend, we chuck a couple in the ninja to cook. We also do wraps in the same way. We use cheese (proper mature...not plastic slices?), bacon or sausage slices, some with egg, also add some sliced mushrooms or use ham instead of bacon. Particularly nice on ciabatta or wraps rather than mufgins or buns

Made this with egg whites, turkey sausage, sharp white cheddar, and low carb wheat English muffin. Turned out so good. Double wrapping help protect them from the freezer.
