Pretty good dish to change up the home menu! Totally going to cook this again. Ps: we bakes the potatoes it at 200-220c for 45 minutes after some trial and error

Yeah happened the same to me so i just made 180 for 45 min and i kinda fucked it but in the end i made sweet potato pancakes and these were good. But im going to try again!
