Had this for dinner with a block of egg noodles, and the melting cheese taken out. It was really good. I used less garlic (1 clove) because English garlic is milder than American, but that wasn't enough, so 2 cloves may work. It comes together VERY quick, so I had to water it down a tad so it didn't burn. I highly suggest pre-preparing everything, don't leave anything to chance.
