This was pretty good. I used a couple fresh diced Roma tomatoes because other reviewers said it was too saucy. I had some leftover farro already cooked up so I just tossed it into a pan with the other ingredients. I sautéed garlic and shallots in oil, then added in the tomatoes, baby kale, herbs and spices. Tossed in feta and lemon juice at the end. I actually think it would be better with something besides paprika. Maybe the Italian street fair blend that has dried bell peppers, onions, garlic, and smoked peppercorns.
