This tasted SO good. That alone would be enough but it also filled me up almost to the point where I wasn't sure I'd be able to finish it and the burst of energy was immediate. This is literally better than any energy drink. The nutrition information here on whisk is different than when I plugged the individual ingredients into another calculator. It's still decently high in calories but nowhere near what it states on this app in the photo area I'm enclosing the nutrition information that I compiled for this as an image.
