I used thighs because that’s what I had defrosted. And used cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom because that’s what I had on hand. And added a can of sliced mushrooms. Definitely need to season the chicken separately. I used an onion and garlic blend it turned out great. I’d also add a little S&P to the rice/liquid before placing the chicken. I baked first for 45 minutes then added the cheese for the final 10.
