Today is the second time I have made it. It’s a cheap store cupboard recipe that’s quick to do but the first time was a bit monotonous.
Today, I added some more veg (mushrooms, celery and onions).
I also added a stock cube, more garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
Finally, I added sun dried tomatoes to lift the mellow taste of peas.
I’ve made the pasta separately today too. Less stodgy.
