Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, sizzle onion with oil for a couple of mins.
Step 2
Add peas, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook for 10-12 mins, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Blend half of your peas and put the cream back to the pan.
Step 4
Add your raw pasta in and two ladlefuls of boiling water, stir and let your pasta cook slowly.
Step 5
Keep adding ladlefuls of boiling water until your pasta will be fully cooked (with this method of cooking, it will probably take slightly longer than the time indicated on the package).
Step 6
Turn heat off, add your Parmigiano in and give one last stir.
Step 7
Serve with some freshly ground pepper on top. Buon appetito!
