We added some matchstick cut carrots and red cabbage and less fish sauce than called for. Very tasty, i think I wouldn't mind a tad more vinaigrette so I'll probably increase that recipe next time. The ribs were great, we did ours on high for 4 hours and then turned it to low for 3hrs. I think I'd do it on low for 7 hrs next time to get them more moist.
