Spareribs cook in a 6-7 qt crockpot for 7-9 hours on low OR 4-6 hours on high. For the most flavor, rub the ribs with the spice rub and put back in the fridge the day before. Brush the ribs with the ginger glaze after removing from the crock pot and broil until they are bubbling and sticky OR simply pour glaze over the pork chops in the slow cooker directly. Can be served over rice. Slaw can be prepared shortly before serving.

Instructions

Step 1
To make vinaigrette, combine the lime juice, vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and fish sauce in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in the vegetable oil.
Step 2
To make the salad, combine the cabbage, bell pepper, peanuts, and cilantro in a large bowl. Season with s&p to taste. Toss the salad with enough dressing to coat (you might not need it all).
