Cook at fan 120 for 14mins not 150, they burn. When hot they may still stick a bit when peeling off. They should be fine when cool. Leave for way longer than 30mins to form a skin, they may also not. I waited like 1h 30mins. Cook one tray at a time. I did lemon zest in butter ream and lemon icing. I doubled the foot colouring, they were not red but pink
