This is a regular meal in our home. Today I used nutritional yeast instead of parmesan cheese and it was pretty good! I never measure and always season with my heart, and I serve with diced potatoes tossed in the same breading mix and/or rice, and a salad made with diced cucumbers (& sometimes tomato & avocado) drenched in lime juice and salt. It's super easy and always a big hit!
