It was a little hard to roll so I put them in the fridge for a little while and it got way easier. They are so good and so versatile. You can add anything from cranberries, chocolate , sprinkles, to protein powder, chia seeds, honey in place of syrup to make it exactly how healthy or dessert-like that you want it to be. They are sooo fast and with a three month old, I was about to start, make, finish and eat some in just one nap period which is a major plus to me because with a baby, having time to eat as a mom and have it be healthy is a totally win for the day.
