Hot oil + wet rice paper = splattering oil, so be prepared for that. Easy and ok, definitely make a dipping sauce.

Adding a bit of salt into the oil will help prevent splattering. ive had to use this trick more times than id like to admit. Hot wets dont feel good 🥲
