Yummy recipe. I air fried it with olive oil. Will say I missed the extra crisp or deep fridge. But a nice tahini sauce to dip makes up for it. Next time around I would go a little lighter on the cilantro and heavier on the parsley. Dill might even work too. It’s not low calorie but clean ingredients satisfied with results. It’s around 625 calories so more of a heavy workout meal day. Nice change of pace. Will make again. I down played the spice which I would turn up next time around.
