For those who wanna know and don't wanna hit the link, there are 221cal in one serving. It does not specify if it's that for one of the three or another it just says 221cal per portion. I'm going to assume it's for the most basic of them, the chocolate chip only one, and do the math myself for all three when I make and try it and edit this comment.
