I love how this came out. So easy to throw together. I added some of the recommended toppings (sour cream, mexican cheese, jalepeños) and made some substitutions (black bean soup, drained and washed instead of the northern beans), nor did I include some things (cayenne pepper), but it came out amazing nonetheless. I honestly didn't even need to take the chicken out to shred it, it just fell apart. Without the cayenne and with the jalepeños, it is just mildly spicy. I would suggest trying it with tortilla strips if you like a bit of texture and crunch!
