Creamy Crockpot White Chicken Chili

Excellent! The whole family loved it. I used coconut milk instead of half and half. Worked perfectly

This is the best white chicken chili I have ever had!

Great! Needed a little salt. Followed seasoning measurements with the heart which helped with flavor. Added a little Adobo seasoning and extra cilantro.

Good, next time I'd add the jalapeños. I left them off in case it was too spicy but it was OK.

A wee bit bland but the kids thought it was spicy. Hubby and I loved it. This would be perfect to serve to a large crowd. Also, very minimal effort, which is great too!

Crockpot success! Very tasty. Added avocado, hot sauce, light sour cream, some FF cheddar and jalapeno slices. Made some cornbread for the side. Solid dinner

I add extra cream cheese and some slap your mama for a little more spice. Then top with sour cream, fried onions jalapeño and cilantro. 🤤

I put in huge handfuls of cilantro and parsley after it's all cooked.

Tasty, will make again, but a little on the bland side. Added extra cumin and onion and garlic powder. Also added 6 oz of cream cheese, instead of 4.

Ended up having a definite kick to it so I'll probably omit the cayenne next time. Other than the spice level all the flavors were really good! I don't have a crock pot but it still worked well simmered over the stovetop.

Loves this. I added green peppers and roasted tomatoes. My oldest even likes it and he dislikes tomatoes and beans. Will be making again!!

I negated the half and half, added 2 tsp coriander in lieu of the handful of fresh cilantro. I then did 30 minutes in the pressure cooker instead of 8 hrs in a slow cooker, with 15 min of prep and thirty minutes to cook and 15 to simmer with the whole brick of cream cheese, it turns into a afternoon hot meal with plenty to freeze.

Just enough spice, family loves it.

It was so good and I added the jalapeños and tortilla strips which made it even better! I would recommended making this and you will have leftovers!

Made this for the first time. My husband gave it an 11 out of 10. We do not like really hot/spicy entrees and this recipe had the perfect balance for us! Loved it and easy to make and go!

I doubled up on the chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt and used Fat Free Half & Half and Cream Cheese. Very good!

I've made this a few times in lieu of my usual crockpot version, and it is SO good. I omit the cilantro (I have that gene lol) and corn, and use about half the cayenne pepper. Tons of flavor! I serve it with freshly shredded pepper jack, Fritos, sour cream, and sliced bread from the deli.

It was just ok. I made it with soy curls and left out the cream #veggie.

Very easy to customize with what you have on hand. Individual toppings make it more fun for the kids

I made this for my family and they loved it! I added a little extra cream cheese. I also made it for a Chili cook off at my job and won second place!

Decent recipe, but too much liquid left over. Chicken was very dry, and dish generally looked bland. Had to add additional seasonings to flavor to my taste.

Its a nice change from the 'classic' style of chili. The whole family ate it up leaving no leftovers!

I love how this came out. So easy to throw together. I added some of the recommended toppings (sour cream, mexican cheese, jalepeños) and made some substitutions (black bean soup, drained and washed instead of the northern beans), nor did I include some things (cayenne pepper), but it came out amazing nonetheless. I honestly didn't even need to take the chicken out to shred it, it just fell apart. Without the cayenne and with the jalepeños, it is just mildly spicy. I would suggest trying it with tortilla strips if you like a bit of texture and crunch!
