My family loves my Pickled eggs so much they don't even ask for thrm at events any more. They just assume I'm bringing them and get angry if I don't. I add some pickled beets and all the juice from 4 jars, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, a Tbls whole Cloves and 2 bay leaves to a one gallon jar, then add the hard-boiled eggs (about 3 dozen) and fill to the fill line with water. I put the lid on a f refrigerate 1 or 2 weeks. The eggs are purple right through to the yolk and are DE-LISH!
