After slow cooking for 4 hours, transfer the very watery sauce from slow cooker to saucepan. Whisk 3 tblsps of corn flour with half cup of water. Only needed to add 2/3 of mix to the Sauce in the pan to get to the desired consistency

Really tasty and easy. Careful on the amount of corn flour. I x whisked 3 tablespoons of cornflour with 1/2 cup water and added slowly to the Sauce in a pan (only needed 2/3) to make the required consistency.
