The flavors were good, the technique was just a little off from what I've seen in Asian cooking so I did do things a little differently. I used coconut oil not sesame oil (due to sesame oil's low burn point, so instead I used a little of the sesame oil as a flavoring at the very end). I started with the onions in the saute not the turkey, then added the garlic and turkey and mostly followed the recipe from there.
