Korean-Inspired Ground Turkey

I added about 2 cups of mixed frozen veggies at the end to plump up the nutrients. I double the sauce but will use less brown sugar next time

Love this!!! The only tip would be maybe double the amount of sauce if you make it with rice. Makes great left overs!

I made extra sauce and added two bags of Frozen veggies to make it a stir fry

Absolutely delicious and super easy. Added some tahini to the sauce for extra sesame flavor and used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. Have made this countless times already

Quick, easy, tasty. Can't ask for much more than that! I doubled the sauce and added a bag of broccoli slaw for veggies. Definitely keeping this one on the rotation

Good and lean tasting, probably will use half the amount of crushed red pepper next time as it was a little hot, even for myself. We put it over jasmine rice.

We top it off with GO-CHU-JANG , a hot and sweet sauce.

Very yummy, a bit on the sweet side. I added about half of the pepper flakes, as I feed a lil one too. He still wasn't a fan tho, so maybe not toddler friendly.

Was good for a quick and easy meal- forgot to add the sesame seeds - would probably only add 1 tbsp of brown sugar next time - sautéed the onions first then added the ground turkey and garlic, served over brown rice

I added a few things to make it a bit more tasty: added more seasonings to the meat, spinach, a drizzle of hoisin sauce on top, and a fried egg

Easy and tasty. I used sweet yellow onion, low sodium soy sauce and left the crushed red pepper out so it could be added later to taste per serving. Would make again especially since the leftovers are equally delicious. I served it over jasmine rice but would also make a good filling for a butter lettuce wrap.

I wouldn't use that much soy sauce it's pretty salty and needs a little more sweet to counter balance. Overall pretty yummy. If you have it with sweeter vegetables on the side it definitely helps.

Halved the red pepper flakes. Should make more sauce next time. Daughter wasn't a fan, but ate it. The rest of the family likes it. We also sautéed sweet peppers and onions to serve with it.

The flavors were good, the technique was just a little off from what I've seen in Asian cooking so I did do things a little differently. I used coconut oil not sesame oil (due to sesame oil's low burn point, so instead I used a little of the sesame oil as a flavoring at the very end). I started with the onions in the saute not the turkey, then added the garlic and turkey and mostly followed the recipe from there.

Great sauce for anything!
