I made this and doubled the recipe. it did not come out well. it took serious adjustments to give it enough sauce. if you want to double it, I used a full 10.75oz can of pure and Italian seasoning it called for 2 cups of pasta water fur the double, which was fine but I ended up putting everything together and cooking it in the pasta pot till it thickened. it was a good starting point. that's just my approach to it. I can't comment on good or bad since I didn't follow the recipe to the letter.
