I LOVE this recipe. I seasoned my meat with the seasonings, some bbq sauce and some rootbeer mixed together and then rubbed onto it. Then I stuck it in a freezer bag and sucked the air out with my food saver and froze it until I was ready for it. Stuck it in the fridge the day before and then right into the crock pot today with 3 cans of A&W rootbeer and let her cook on low for 6 hours. Omg… best pulled pork I have ever had. I used sweet baby ray’s bbq sauce on it afterwards. Seriously, chefs kiss 🤌🏻💋
