Makes 6 MAX. Servings are small and do not grow much in the oven. That being said, they’re a good size for a two-bite snack when you need a little something extra. Definitely not big enough to put anything on though (like advertised in another recipe). Would have to double or triple to make it work for anything more than a small biscuit.
Also, cooking time is closer to 20-25 instead of 15-20. Tried 15 and they were still obviously raw. So added another 10 minutes and they look perfect.
Will be adjusting the recipe to reflect the portion sizes and the cooking time.
