Didn't have the anchovy, so I improvised with a bit of soy sauce. Didn't use enough, so mine ended up a bit bland, but I'll use more next time.
When I remake this, I'll consider increasing the parmesan; I would have liked it with a bit more. I also think it would be better to add the broccoli back into the pot and break up the florets a bit more or perhaps use an immersion blender to make the broccoli more a part of the sauce.
Overall, turned out good, but can definitely turn out better next time!
