Looks good! tastes amazing!! Had a little taste test and it was honestly the best chocolate cake I've ever had!!! it is so chocolatey and moist! I used decaf coffee instead of plain boiling water. instead of cane sugar, I used a combo of golden sugar and monkfruit sweetener. I also used 2 loaf pans because I'm making an ice rink cake. Timing for 2 loaf pans is longer than 35 minutes. I took them out when the toothpick came out almost clean, so as not to overbake. the cakes keep baking after you put them on the cooling rack. came out of the loaf pans easily. (sprayed them with avo oil before pouring in batter.)
