Perfect and moist! I cant wait to top them with cream cheese frosting. I didnt have nutmeg so subbed in some ginger instead. I'll definitely make sure I have the nutmeg next time because it feels like it's missing something. Otherwise they are great. The batter was soupy near the end and I thought I goofed it but baked up perfectly. One batch ended up making all these mini cupcakes and ten full size ones.
