Delicious, but could be better.
I didn't measure the pork, pretty sure I used more than the recipe so make sure to measure next time.
DON'T add oil before cooking the pork. The final sauce was oily and separating.
Sauce was slightly overpowering and needed some sweetness to balance it out.
Try: 60ml mirin, 60ml soy sauce, 20ml maple syr.
