This is a winning dish! Delicious! Dry fried the aubergine rather than grill, knocked 30 mins off the cook time. Bag loads of flavour in this (use good quality lamb!). I'll make this with left over lamb roast next time, pulled. Added a little more cinnamon and more garlic! This takes a little while but is a great one for two days in a row. My partner loved it too (her first moussaka). Cut the aubergine length ways though, not in rounds!
