Delicious! I used kale instead of spinach, probably won't do that again. I'll try it again with spinach, but my husband wasn't a fan of the foliage, so I might end up leaving it out completely in the future. Probably going to add salt next time also, and maybe something to add a little heat. But the kids all loved it!
