Pretty good! It has a nice texture and the cake itself isn't to sweet but the icing makes up for it. I Halved the recipe and used AP flour instead of cake flour. I also didn't have any buttermilk so I just mixed milk with plain Greek yogurt and lemon juice, the cake was still moist. I baked it for 20mins in a 8x8 pan.
