Yummy and easy to make! I added some chopped yellow bell pepper and some barley to increase the vegetable/fibre content. I didn’t have sour cream and substituted with a bit of table cream instead. And near the end, I added a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce.

I like the way your version sounds! Just one thing, am I the only person in the world who loves dried coriander but detests fresh?

Thanks! It can taste too strong for some people. I guess you can also substitute with parsley
