I usually don't switch up a recipe before making it for the first time, but I decided to based off of the previous notes. This is what I added: 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, substituted tomatoes for Rotel, and added fiesta cheese. I also added ground pepper while browning the meat and during cooking. Mixed green onions into the mixture rather than topping. Came out spicy, but it tasted good.
