This dish was surprisingly good. The lemon breadcrumb topping is really important! I was searching for something vegetarian to make and had low expectations. I am going to try more of Jamie Olivers veg recipes now :-)

even though it's in the 100s here everyday right now I have this recipe at the top of my list. if I do cook it's early in the morning. looking forward to fall 😁
