I added some Argentinian Red shrimp for extra protein since I had leftover spice mix. I didn't bother boiling the potatoes first. I just roasted them in the oven to omit one extra step. I also didn't blend my chipotle sauce. The chipotle pepper is so soft, I just used a fork to incorporate into the yogurt and crushed garlic. Since I didn't have avocado, I used Herdez's Guacamole Salsa. I really liked the boldness of this dish. I would make it again.
