Really good filling, and the biscuits are very tender. However, the biscuits tasted kind of blah. I liked the method of cooking the veggies and then the white sauce all in the same pan. All in all, I’ll probably stick with a pot pie made with a pie crust, top and bottom. This might be a little healthier, but who eats pot pie for a healthy meal!
