If you can, separate white and yolk. Whisk the whites separately, and prepare the batter as per instructions with only the yolk. Fold in the egg whites with the whole mixture at the end, similar to soufle pancakes. My came out so flufly! Delicious!
Used sweetener instead of sugar, and sugar free syrup. Blueberries in place of strawberries, since I didnt have any with me. It was roughly 150 kcal per serving.
