This was an ordeal. It is tasty. However, it doesn’t need to be quite so sweet. It calls for 1.25 cups of sugar on top of the blueberries. You could safely do 1 cup, possibly less. Our airfryer is too small for a springform pan, so we used tinfoil and fit it to air fryer basket. However, we discovered that that obstructs convection, and it just browned the top and didn’t cook at all. So we had to move it to a springform pan and bake it in the oven after all. We baked it for 1.5 hours at 325. Probably should’ve done hotter, since it still wasn’t fully cooked in the middle. But we keep it in the freezer and it is actually quite nice frozen! I have other dessert/cheesecake recipes I would probably do over this though.
