It was very juicy and dripped all over the oven. I used frozen rhubarb, so maybe that's why it was so juicy. Maybe more tapioca? It was delicious so I will make it again for sure.

I haven’t tried it with frozen but in other recipes I have had that experience as well, I think adding more tapioca or allowing rhubarb to that in a colander would be helpful.Glad it was enjoyable despite the mess!
