Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

I see the rhubarb coming up in the backyard, so I know its almost time for my award winning Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. (Yep, really did win a blue ribbon for this one at the county fair!) The recipe is simple, but the secret is in the orange zest! Enjoy! And to make baking pies quick and easy, check out our Pie Pastry Mats on the jazinnovations.com website.
