We usually add a thawed bag of shredded hashbrowns or tater tot’s or crowns. Sometimes we add some chopped bell pepper too. And then we serve with green onions, tomatoes, hot sauce etc etc to build your delicious breakfast feast. It’s so easy and pleasing to all. We make it on the weekend and portion out individually for the week! Ooh and I bet it would be really good with sausage gravy!
