Doubled all the spices except the tumeric. Doubled the poblano. Added 1 T homemade habanero/Havasu sambal. Cooked on the stovetop 25-30 mins. Topped with cilantro, green onions, squeeze of lemon and Greek yogurt. Ate with a pita 👌
