I would guess that it would be mixed in the filling?

Hi! I just looked at my instructions and it is not clear! SO sorry about that. I’ve edited it and hopefully you saw the video linked here. :) The 1/3 cup flour goes into the filling mixture. The crust is thicker than most lemon bars. I prefer that since it’s usually too tart for my preference. Glad you tried the recipe! Thanks for sharing feedback.
